As I noted in this post, I had a nice visit to Cedar Falls at Petit Jean State Park back in March. Petit Jean is a beautiful park. I was glad to see so much water at the falls that day.

Back in March, I was excited to be able to go see Cedar Falls at Petit Jean State Park (near Morrilton, Arkansas) when there was plenty of water flowing. I have only visited the falls a few times. This time by far had the most water.

I was excited to see Cedar Falls (Petit Jean State Park) on my June 12 visit. The falls are at the end of the Cedar Falls Trail.
There wasn’t a lot of water on the falls that day, but it was very pretty nonetheless. The cell phone video I took that day is here.

My son and I walked the Cedar Falls Trail (at Petit Jean State Park near Morrilton, Arkansas) down to Cedar Falls.
There wasn’t a huge amount of water at the waterfall, but it was very pretty. And for June, the temps in the low 80′s were pretty good.
